I like Vargas in this fight. Mosley looked like crap in his last fight, and if his opponent wasn't as slow as a slug, he would have maybe won. Every time I see Mosley in with a naturally bigger fighter who utilizes a good strong jab, Sugar Man gets stifled. Major Value in Vargas.

Mosley looked like crap in his last fight?? Have you seen Vargas lately? The guy looks terrible. Soo slow. Its really a shame, he was supposed to be the guy to take the torch. Personally, if I had to take somebody, I would take Mosley. He is still faster

Both of them look like shit to me. One is trying to use the other to one last big payday. I'll possibly the under small just for kicks at +250ish. Vargas looks like he doesn't have boxing in his heart anymore after De La Hoya picked him apart but he may be able to hit the slowing Mosley with a shot to put his career to rest.

I hear ya about Vargas... but I think he'll be motivated for this fight. Sugar Shane doesn't throw combo's anymore... just one punch at a time. I think Vargs will control the fight with his jab.

agree that they both suck. both were probably underachievers during their careers. mosley without de la hoya really beat nothing. vargas needed to beat de la hoya to stake his claim. about 5 years too late for this one
